Availability of all services, approval of the project and payment authorization are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for a restricted period and subject to change without notice.

All prices will vary due to level of customization, manufacturing requirements, level of amendments, material costs, scale and delivery.

All orders/projects will be confirmed once payment has been approved and written confirmation received.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project requirements
• Reviewing and approving proofs, artwork, mockups, and specifications
• Verifying dimensions, spelling, branding, and design content before final approval
• Ensuring submitted content does not violate intellectual property rights

Reliance Packagings shall not be responsible for errors approved by the client.

4. Digital Content & Creative Work

For digital design, branding, AI-generated content, marketing materials, and creative projects:

• Initial concepts and previews may contain watermarks or low-resolution versions until payment is completed.
• Final editable source files may only be provided if agreed in writing.
• Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or modification of our creative work without permission is prohibited.
• Reliance Packagings reserves the right to showcase non-confidential work in portfolios or promotional materials unless restricted by NDA.

5. NDA & Confidentiality

Reliance Packagings respects client confidentiality and may enter into Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) when required.

Under NDA agreements:

• Client business information, packaging concepts, artwork, product ideas, pricing, and proprietary materials will remain confidential.
• Confidential information will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
• Both parties agree to use confidential information solely for business purposes related to the project.
• NDA obligations remain effective even after project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

However, confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:

• Is publicly available
• Was already known before disclosure
• Is required by law to be disclosed

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Clients retain ownership of trademarks, logos, and materials provided by them.
• Reliance Packagings retains ownership of internally developed concepts, drafts, templates, production methods, and proprietary creative assets unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Full ownership transfer of final designs or source files occurs only after full payment and written agreement.

7. Orders & Production

• Production begins only after final approval from the customer.
• Customers are responsible for final proofreading and artwork verification.
• Reliance Packagings is not liable for customer-approved errors.

8. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary.
• Delays caused by shipping providers, customs, weather, or force majeure events are beyond our control.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

9. Returns, Refunds & Revisions

Packaging Orders

Custom packaging orders are generally non-refundable once production begins.

Digital Services

• Revision limits may apply depending on the selected package or agreement.
• Refunds are not applicable once creative work, concepts, or production files have been delivered.
• Approved designs are considered final.

10. Payment Terms

• Partial or full advance payment may be required before starting projects.
• Outstanding balances must be cleared before final delivery.
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.

11. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

• Use the website unlawfully
• Copy or misuse website content
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Distribute malware or harmful software

12. Limitation of Liability

Reliance Packagings shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Business losses
• Delayed shipments

• Customer-approved artwork errors
• Losses arising from misuse of delivered content
